Dear Parents and friends,
We have just completed our first full week of school and the students and I are settling into our routine. I have enjoyed getting to know their individual personalities and talents and am anticipating a tremendous year together!
Just a reminder…Curriculum Night for Fifth grade is Thursday, September 6th at 7:00 at Prairieview. The evening will begin with an introduction by Mrs. Schultz, followed by a brief meeting with your child’s math teacher. We will conclude with a meeting in our classroom, during which we will review topics such as curriculum, expectations and daily schedules. You will also have the opportunity to sign up for parent conferences. I look forward to seeing all of you!
The office has requested that any items that come to school in an envelope be marked with the child's name, teacher's name, grade, and purpose (lunch tickets, band money, nurse's office, etc.). This is helpful in avoiding confusion regarding these items!
